Apply to the British School of Houston: A Private Primary, Middle, and High School

We are delighted that you are considering the British School of Houston for your child.  Please see the steps below to apply.  If you need assistance, please contact the admissions office.

STEP 1: Application
To begin the admissions process, please send in the following:

1. Completed application for admission with attached photograph
2. $150 non-refundable application fee (Pay Now)
3. School transcripts (current and prior year)
4. Teacher evaluation form(s)
   • Evaluation: Nursery-Year 2 (Preschool–1^st Grade)
   • Evaluation: Years 3-6 (2^nd-5^th Grade)
   • Math Evaluation: Years 7-13 (6^th-12^th Grade)
   • English Evaluation: Years 7-13 (6^th-12^th Grade)

STEP 2: Assessment Visit
After the application has been received, we invite each prospective student to meet with a member of the school team for an assessment visit.  If you are relocating from abroad and unable to visit the school, we are happy to make other arrangements.

STEP 3: Enrollment
Applications are reviewed in the order they are received throughout the school year, provided there is space available in the year group to which the child is applying.  A family whose child has been offered a place will be given an enrollment agreement to complete.  This, along with a deposit of $1,000, will reserve a space for your child.
