Extra-Curricular Activities

The British School of Houston is excited to offer students numerous extra-curricular activities throughout the school year. All activities are announced at the beginning of each term and revised at the half-term break if appropriate.

Academic Clubs

The British School of Houston offers a wide variety of teacher-organised academic clubs for students off all ages. Various clubs are offered during lunch-time while others are after school.

The Arts

BSH students excel at the arts, especially due to the wide variety of activities the school organises. Musicals and drama are well-regarded, as well as the fine arts.

• Trumpet Ensemble

Athletics

Continuous physical education is enhanced by numerous extra-curricular clubs each term. The school also participates in regular competition in a variety of sports against schools and teams from around the area.

Clubs and Teams are selected to represent the school based on a number of factors, including attendance, skill level, teamwork, effort, commitment and respect.
